
Wal-Mart Employee Arrested For Theft
A now former employee of retail giant, Wal-Mart, is facing theft charges after an investigation linked her to thousands of dollars of stolen gift cards.
36-year-old Shtonya Webb is accused of stealing more than $9,000 worth of loaded gift cards from the Wal-Mart in Blanchard.
Sheriff’s Detective Casey Jones investigated the case and made the arrest after being notified that Webb, a cashier at the store, was accused of loading Wal-Mart gift cards without payment on twelve separate occasions.
Webb, from Shreveport, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for felony theft on Saturday.
