Tyler Perry Addresses Fake Facebook Giveaways

By now you've probably seen someone on your news feed sharing posts about Tyler Perry giving away stack of cash which they're trying to win... These are fake! While Perry has given away a lot to charities and other causes share to win posts on Facebook are not one of those. Tyler Perry addressed the issue on his Facebook saying they have to shut down pages everyday who are caught pulling the scam asking everyone to share the video to help stop them all.

It's not known who is behind the scams or what they're trying to accomplish but just know that they're 100% fake! A good way to know if something on Facebook is from a legit source esp when it's from a celebrity you'll want to look for the blue check mark. The blue check mark means that a page has been verified and is a reliable source.
