This is what you'd call a wind-wind situation.

A tractor-trailer in Elk Mountain, Wyo. traveling along Interstate 80 tipped over onto a Wyoming Highway Patrol car last week, thanks in part to winds that were blowing up to 90 miles per hour.

The highway was closed at the time because of the high winds. No one -- including the two people in the truck -- was hurt, in large part because officers were out helping other people who had been in other accidents.

It's unclear how fast the truck driver was going. Regardless, it's amazing everyone walked away without a scratch, especially when you consider there were a few other cars on the road.
