You've most likely heard the political buzz out of Baton Rouge lately regarding proposed drug testing of welfare recipients. Yesterday this proposal died due to lack of senate support. In a 20-12 vote, Republican John LaBruzzo's attempt to combat a drug problem that he deems "rampant" came to a close.
