Former Washington state NAACP official Rachel Dolezal is facing felony theft charges for welfare fraud.

This proposal has been the subject of great controversy and has been  rejected in the past. Now the plan for drug testing welfare recipients has finally passed 65-26 in the House. The next step is Senate.

Investigators and authorities have learned that a Seattle couple lived in a million-dollar home and traveled the world, all while collecting more than $135,000 in welfare benefits.
