Officers learned that a one-year-old child was inside the car when it was taken.

At approximately 8:55 AM on April 4th, officers from the Shreveport Police Department responded to a kidnapping incident in the 2400 block of Lakeshore Drive.

A Bossier City man was arrested for kidnapping two juvenile girls and illegally touching one of the victims

Crime never stays at home. Sunday morning an injured person arrived at the hospital. The next day, a couple was arrested for kidnapping.
