Do you ever wonder who runs the internet? The answer at the present time is no one and no government. But the answer could change to the United Nations by next week according the the Wall Street Journal.

In case find yourself attempting to access a website today and find that it is either down or doesn't respond, the internet isn't broke...it's due to the country wide SOPA strike.  While most sites have an alternative landing page instead of just being "dark", some may actually appear to be down.
