It's what we actually call our grandparents in Louisiana that's slightly different than the nicknames they are given in other states.

Bristol and I asked that question on Kiss Country 93.7 this morning and some of the responses we got are priceless.

This one snuck up on me.  In case you didn't mark your calendar, this Sunday, September 8, is National Grandparents Day.   It's a day designed to celebrate those special people who have always been there with everything from a hug and a brownie to a $5 bill for gas money.

Parents who nag their adult daughters about making them grandparents are often the bane of childless women everywhere. But some are taking it a step further and paying to have their daughters’ eggs frozen for use later on.
