It's Mudbug Madness week here in Northwest Louisiana!  What began in 1984 as a two-day street festival in downtown Shreveport is now one of Louisiana’s largest and most popular Cajun festivals in the entire state.

For as far back as anyone can remember, this time of year means it's time for a trip to Vivian, Louisiana for the annual Louisiana Redbud Festival.

The 3rd Annual Holiday In Dixie Doodah 5K and Family Fun Run will be on Tuesday, April 15, starting at Sciport on Clyde Fant Parkway.

It's festival season here in Kiss Country and one of our favorites is this weekend!  Time for the "Louisiana Peach Festival" in Ruston.  It'll run Friday from 5 to 10pm and Saturday from 8am to 10pm in front of the Ruston Civic Center.

Join a benefit bicycle ride this weekend through beautiful Kiss Country back roads or head to Gilliam and enjoy the Sunflower Trail. This weekend, as usual, has a little something for everybody. Enjoy!
