Very few people can change the world with their words. Leonard Cohen was one of the chosen few. Cohen wrote songs, poetry and novels. While songwriters like Bob Dylan tackled social and political issues, Cohen took on the internal issues of man. His songs took on subjects like death, depression, love, hate, despair and hope.

Cohen’s best-known song is “Hallelujah”. The song took a life of it's own after being recorded by Jeff Buckley. Since that time, some 200 artists including Bob Dylan and Justin Timberlake have sung or recorded it. Cohen spent many years living in a Buddhist Temple. His experiences there will filmed for a documentary.
