The genius chef decided to combine two of the best worlds, creamy banana pudding and a crunchy, torched crème brûlée crust. The fresh bananas truly took to the sugar and fire like a champ, creating a perfect caramelized shell that delivers the most satisfying crackle and texture. You can tell by the soft, delicious Nilla Wafers that this dessert is made fresh. The flavor profile packs a massive punch that instantly shifts your focus from the hefty lunch entrée you just devoured.
