How to Attend the International Rose and Wine Festival in Shreveport
It is finally time to dust off those outfits and get ready for one of the most anticipated events in the 318!
After some uncertainty and a few setbacks, the International Rose and Wine Festival is officially making its big return this Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Taking over Shreveport’s Riverview Park, this event has quickly become a massive fan favorite in our community.
Think of it like a living fashion show where the entire park is the runway and you are the icon, all while sampling incredible wines from across the globe.
You might remember that this was originally set for April 26th, but the team at The Social Circle made the tough call to postpone following the horrific mass shooting in our city. While the move sparked some heated social media debates, many felt it was the right way to honor the community during a difficult time.
If you were worried we’d missed out, think again! The true "new year" is arriving with the budding trees and blooming wisteria, and our wardrobes are finally starting to mirror that refreshing joy. This year's theme is "Happy Feelings," inspired by the classic rhythm of Maze featuring Frankie Beverly. Ladies, you are invited to be the "blossoms of the park," translating that joy into your choice of dress as we gather near those iconic 35-foot rose sculptures.
Grab your friends and head down to 601 Clyde Fant Parkway to enjoy the breeze, the water features, and those beautiful Red River views. We are elated to see this epic energy back in our town, tickets start at just $40 and you can click here to purchase yours.
