Nascar driver Jason Leffler was killed last night in a crash during a Sprint Car race at Bridgeport Speedway in New Jersey. Leffler a two-time winner on the NASCAR Nationwide Series who had the nickname "LefTurn" on his race cars was taking part in "Night of Wings," a 25-lap event for sprint cars with a $7,000 prize. After the wreck he was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after 9 p.m. Jason Leffler was 37 years old, and leaves behind a 5-year-old son.
