“Man of Steel’s” Henry Cavill Works Out Minus His Shirt (Video)

I have mentioned many times how much I love the star of “Man of Steel” Henry Cavill. Over the weekend his new movie broke records so odds are pretty good you know who I’m talking about. In order to meet the requirements for the part and fit into the costume Henry had to get ripped. Now there’s video showing us just how he did it. The promotional video for the National Guard features the star talking about how he did it. Mr. Cavill pretty much stays shirtless the entire time. ENJOY!!!
