Man Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Alligator Through Wendy’s Drive-Thru Window [PIC & VIDEO]

Although it wasn't exactly on the menu, it ended up inside the restaurant anyway...but not willingly!

A 23-year-old Florida man was arrested for allegedly throwing a three-and-a-half-foot alligator through the Wendy's drive-thru window.

According to the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, Joshua James was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, illegally killing, possessing or capturing an alligator, and second-degree larceny petit theft.

Well, that's one way to get arrested...and I don't even think they got his order wrong!
