This fall, get ready to shake your groove thang for our local kiddos.

We've seen Northwood High School host a dance marathon for our local kids in the past, now Phi Mu at LSU Shreveport is getting in on the fun. It's the first dance marathon they have ever hosted and they have set the date for November 12. Get ready for six hours of dancing and raising money for our Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

All all of the money stays right here in Shreveport-Bossier.

The money will help support the 17 programs at CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier that are funded by Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. These programs are used by families right here in Shreveport-Bossier at no cost to them. That's right. These families never see a bill so they can focus on what's really important, the health of their child.

This year's dance marathon will take place at the Bossier Civic Center and will be open to the public. Check back here for more information on where you can sign up or make a donation to Phi Mu's dance marathon.
