Shreveport Steakhouse Fight: Food Feud Turns Violent
Apparently, here in Louisiana, we take our food seriously. Seriously enough that it would appear restaurants are the location most likely for a throw-down and Shreveport's "Longhorn Steakhouse" on Youree Drive was the scene of the latest fisticuffs.

We have seen enough of this type activity over the past few years that coincidence could certainly be ruled out. It's got to have something to do with our stomachs; right?
Just look at all the fights have broken out in area restaurants over the past few years:
In April of 2018, we all witnessed the video of the brawl at Superior Grill in Shreveport. The contributor who posted the video incorrectly identified the place as Superior Steakhouse, but later thanked another user for clearing up the location.
In May of 2021, there was the huge fight at Nicky's on Mansfield Road in Shreveport, between the staff and customers
In July of 2021, a massive fight broke out at a Natchitoches area Whataburger
In October of 2022, a fight at Hunter Crab on East. Kings Highway in Shreveport led to the shooting of a man who was ultimately hospitalized at Oschner LSU Hospital with non-life threatening injuries
And the latest in what we'll call Louisiana's edition of "Hangry; The Throwdown During Chow Down" took place this past Saturday evening, March 15, at Longhorn Steakhouse in Shreveport. Facebook user, Quita Johnson, posted video of the incident.
While we are unaware of the outcome of the brawl and whether any arrests were made, it would appear that those involved with the altercation should certainly face the consequences of their actions.
