Kiss Country to Hold Redd's Wicked Ale Zombie Run 5K

Kiss Country has teamed up with Redd’s Wicked Ale, Phoenix Underground, The Sandbar and Sportspectrum for the “Zombie Run 5K” starting at 5:30 pm on Saturday, September 6 at Festival Plaza!

Run or walk for your life and avoid the flesh-hungry Zombies through a 3.1 mile trail where Zombies are the obstacles. The race will begin at the Clyde Fant Bicycle Trail across from Sci Port. Afterwards, finish strong at the post-race "Apocalypse Party" at Festival Plaza. Overall male and female winners in the 5K race will each receive $250 cash! Additionally, overall age group winners will also receive awards

Age Groups: 20 and under, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Join us for a post-race Apocalypse Party at Festival Plaza. Live music by Caravan and DJ Jay Whatley from K945, food vendors, awards, etc.

Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with dogs or baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!

Early registration will continue through Sunday, August 11, for only $25. After that it’s $30 and includes an official t-shirt, a beer and entrance to the post race Apocalypse Party.

If you just want to go to the party without the race, that will be only $10.
