Kiss Country Releases Clue #4 in Secret Sound Contest for $800

Can you feel the tension in the radio?  Someone, somewhere, has been waiting to read this 4th clue in the Kiss Country Secret Sound Contest so they can cash in on the $800 waiting to be claimed!
