SPD took to their Facebook page to say, "Shreveport Detectives Need Your Help Finding Lowe's Most Wanted 'Shoppers," and they introduced us to two new contestants. Contestant Number One is "into tool aisles and quick getaways." he's described as a white male who speeds off in a white Ford SUV. Contestant Number 2 is described as a black male with "charm, but no receipt," who "snatches up goods" in his Chevy Impala.
