Shreveport’s massive pop culture phenomenon, Geek'd Con, is officially back for its 11th year. The three-day event returns to the Shreveport Convention Center this August 14th through the 16th.

As North Louisiana's largest fandom gathering, the convention delivers a packed weekend of celebrity meet-and-greets, pro photo-ops, and a huge vendor floor...all in Downtown Shreveport.

Internet Sensation Leigh McNasty Joining Geek'd Con 2026

The 2026 guest list continues to expand beyond traditional film and television, with the addition of online comedian and influencer Leigh_McNasty.

He has built a massive digital empire...amassing a combined audience of over 10.1 million followers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitch. His short form videos draw on his time as a teacher to find humor in children's behavior...among a bunch of other videos.

Speaking of teaching, he has a massive local connection to the Shreveport area. As his online success started taking off, he was working as an elementary school teacher in Shreveport.
