The crew at Louisiana Grandstand is on a mission to keep the rich history alive and to keep adding to the never-ending concert experiences in Shreveport.

"It's been a while since I had a chance to come back home and do what got me started in Nashville, which is playing songs I wrote. And this time I get to do it with a couple of Hall of Fame songwriters David Lee Murphy and Rafe Van Hoy, all supporting our friend, the very talented Briana Calhoun, who continues to change lives with her music and her incredible charity, Hope on the Inside. It’s sure to be a very special night to remember." - Kix Brooks

The Excitement Over Kix Brooks Hometown Show Grew So Much That Louisians Grandstand Added a Second Show

"Hope On the Inside" is a charitable organization helping societal re-entry for prisoners. If you go to their about me, it says "We exist to empower the incarcerated with the tools and skills necessary to transition from simply existing to living with purpose! Expanding prison outreach through various avenues of art, education, and entertainment!" Hope on the Inside says,  "We bring in artists who sing and speak about whatever is on their heart. The more real, the more raw – the better. The inmates - men and women - are grateful for every word spoken and every song shared."

Louisiana Grandstand is located at 802 Margaret Place in Shreveport.
