Many of Us Fell in Love Ghost Ramen When They Were Set Up in the Courtyard Behind Stray Cat.

One day they just weren't at Stray Cat's. Ghost Ramen had gone quiet for a couple of weeks then they announced they were making a move to Highland Revolver at 729 Jordan St Shreveport, Louisiana.

Unfortunately for Several People Who Love Ghost Ramen, Ghost Ramen Has Closed Down Again.

Before Shreveport residents could worry about where they would get their Ghost Ramen fix, Ghost Ramen announced they are moving back to where it all began downtown. The Ghost Ramen crew will operate at the featured chefs at Fatty Arbuckles. Their plans are to open up their own spot in downtown Shreveport in the near future. Fatty Arbuckles is located at 450 Clyde Fant Pkwy, Shreveport, LA 71101.

You can read Ghost Ramen's Facebook post below:

"Sadly, we’ll be closing our doors at the 729 Jordan location. We’d like to thank everyone who came to this spot and supported us. We know it was kinda weird and we couldn’t serve alcohol but y’all balled out with us anyway. We’ve been working out of this location for at least a year and a half with the fine folks of Accents Personal Chef Services and we’re gonna miss her, but don’t worry…
Cause we’re opening back up downtown! That’s right, not only will we be doing late night again, but lunch as well! We’re going back to our roots as a ghost kitchen by operating as the featured chefs at Fatty Arbuckles. You’ll finally be able to enjoy Ghost Ramen with soju, sake, and fine craft spirits once again.
We will not be doing lunch hours in the beginning, but you can expect very soon for us to be open for late night hours. We make this move in anticipation of bidding on several locations downtown, the city is ready to support us. We look forward to investing in downtown Shreveport and helping make the Red River District great again. (Which does happen to have open consumption laws now!)
Thank you all!"
