Shreveport Police Searching for Car Involved in Recent Murder

The Shreveport Police Department has released a photo of a car they believe to be involved in Shreveport's latest homicide.

Information from witnesses indicated that a man and woman were sitting inside of a car at the intersection of Claiborne Avenue and Queens Highway, when they were struck by gunfire. Both victims were taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. Tragically, the woman died from her injuries at the hospital.

Along with the discovery of the car on the camera footage, Shreveport Police Department’s Violent Crimes and Crime Scene Units have been working tirelessly to find out who is responsible for this shooting.

If you see this vehicle out in public DO NOT APPROACH. Shreveport Police are urging the public to come forward with any information that could aide in this investigation.
