Detectives with the Bossier Parish Sheriff Office arrested a man on 63 counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles. The arrest follows an investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse materials, that involved assistance from the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).

Authorities took 42-year-old Job Martinez into custody on October 12th, 2026, at a residence on Wyche Street in Bossier City. During their interrogation, the Sheriff's Office says that not only did Martinez not only admit to the crimes, he also confessed to being in the US illegally.

Cyber Tip Leads To Suspect Identification

The investigation launched after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a cyber tip regarding Martinez's alleged illegal activity. The organization notified local authorities, including the ICAC, who began tracking the digital footprint of the suspect.

Investigators uncovered evidence indicating Martinez downloaded sexual images of children between the ages of 2 and 11. After being advised of his Miranda rights, Martinez confessed to the offenses, and admitted to being in the country illegally. He was reportedly deported in 2011.

He was booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility with bond set at $500,000.
