Caddo Correctional Center Booking Photos January 25th-31st

This week, the 59 people were booked and kept at Caddo Correctional Center.

Among those booked was a student at Booker T. Washington High School.

A student at Booker T. Washington High School was arrested following a social media post he made, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr.

The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office received a tip this morning about Thomas M. Ross, a 17-year-old student at Booker T. Washington, who posted that he would bring a handgun to school on January 26. Caddo Deputy Charles Daniels, the School Resource Officer (S.R.O.) at the school, was able to locate Ross on campus. After being advised of his Miranda rights, Ross confessed to making the post on social media.

Ross was subsequently arrested and transported to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked for Terrorizing.

Another person booked to CCC was charged with molestation of a juvenile.

On January 25, 2025, Shreveport Police Department (SPD) Sex Crimes Detectives received a molestation case involving a 12-year-old victim from the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation revealed that the suspect, William Lewis (DOB: 07/28/1995), had sexually assaulted the victim within SPD jurisdiction. At the time of this report, the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office had already filed similar charges against Lewis for offenses committed in their jurisdiction.

William Lewis has been arrested and charged with two counts of Molestation of a Juvenile. Lewis will face trial for these charges in both Bossier Parish and Caddo Parish courts.
