Fake Pothole Slows Down Speedy Canadian Drivers

I don't know about you, but this would certainly slow me down. Say hello to Canada's idea for speed control: fake potholes. It's much cheaper than speed cameras, radar guns and police officers. The funny thing is, people slow down and try to straddle the hole.

Pretty clever -- especially since they can move them around. We've been working on the same idea in Louisiana. Unfortunately, they aren't fake.
