It's American Craft Beer Week and it's time to celebrate!

Check out this amazing, one-of-a-kind meal that tells the story of the relationship between the brewer, farmer, and chef this Saturday, May 20!  Red River Brewing Company, Smith Family Farms, and Drake Catering (Chef Blake Jackson) have come together to present a menu like none other.

Doors open at 6 and dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.

Five courses:
1: Smoked Bone consummate/Beef wonton (paired with RRBC experimental Kolsh)
2: Mint/Radish lamb taco (paired with Blood Orange Yellow Jack)
3: Chop Salad/blackened sirloin with smoked bleu cheese vinaigrette (paired with Hay Ryed)
4: Captain's Porter Beef Short Rib with glazed vegetables (paired with Capt. Porter)
5. Shorty Leonard Black Forest Cake (paired with Cypress Wood Aged Countess)
