We Are Now One Step Closer to Fuzzy’s in Bossier Opening

About 6 Months Ago We All Found Out That Fuzzy's Taco Shop Was Moving to Bossier.

Up until the big announcement from Sue's Country Kitchen, I thought Fuzzy's was a Texas thing. It turns out Fuzzy's had their eye on Shreveport-Bossier and they are starting with a location in Bossier. Fuzzy's has been taking over the old Bossier staple, Sue's Country Kitchen. Since then many of us keep wondering how the project is coming along.

Sue's Country Kitchen was the one to break the news to our community 6 months ago. "We are proud to Announce that Fuzzy's Taco has signed a lease with us and be occupying the old Sue's Country Kitchen building. They will be serving the Bossier/Shreveport and surrounding areas in the New Year. We have been working diligently with Andrew Head making things happen."

Today, Sue's Country Kitchen updated us on the sign situation. "Things are changing. The road signs are being swapped out today. Country kitchen comes down Fuzzy’s Taco goes up."

Could Fuzzy's Be Opening Up Sooner Than We Expected?

This is a great sign. See what I did there? Although there has not been an opening date announced yet, we know we are getting close, we can almost smell it.

One of my favorite places to eat when I was living in Tyler, Texas in my mid-twenties was Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Have you ever had a frozen margarita from Fuzzy's? Trust me when I say it is a two-limit drink. I remember at one point they did have a two-drink limit when it came to their frozen drinks because we just couldn't act right.

The closest Fuzzy's Taco Shop is in Longview, Texas. I love that location, their breakfast tacos are delicious and I am a sucker for a spot that will serve up some alcohol early in the morning on a Sunday. So of course, this new location in Bossier will be one of my go-to spots.
