Apparently last night was a big night on American Idol. I had several texts last night saying that Martina McBride’s performance was amazing! I hate that I was already in bed! In case you’re wondering, Rayvon was saved and Tyanna was the contestant who was eliminated.

Apparently, they’re not just for politicians anymore! Even artists need cultural experts these days… Katy Perry is in hot water for wearing a sunflower dress during a show in Taipei… Apparently, the sunflower is the symbol of a Taiwanese student protest against China. Who knew?

If something has worked once, or in this case, thrice, you have to remake it again with a twist. Hence, a female version of 21 Jump Street is in the works.  Haven’t heard anything with regard to casting but they say it’s being written by writers from Comedy Central’s Broad City.

As you’ve probably heard, Thompson Square will be in our lovely city playing Sam’s Town Casino on May 23. Being on the road may sound like fun and games until something goes wrong at home. Keifer and Shawna Thompson had a water pipe leak severely damage their home… Keifer says it literally destroyed the house… because they discovered it so late, they had to remove almost everything… as in down to the studs!

Tim McGraw recently told Rachael Ray he used a Santana song to get ‘lucky’ with his now wife Faith Hill back when they were dating in 1996! Apparently, they’d fool around in his 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme…

What can you expect if you’re lucky enough to go see Jason Aldean and Kenny Chesney on their stadium tour? They’ll be doing solo sets, but they’ll also be performing together. Jason says they’re planning some special surprises, too!
