As far back as I can remember (and I'm really an old guy now) every year, the El Karubah Circus has brought the lions, tigers and bears for the enjoyment of the young and the young at heart.

And next weekend, the 70th Annual El Karubah Shrine Circus is headed to the Centurylink Center in Bossier City.

Make plans to take the family to any one of the six scheduled performances beginning Friday, September 23 through Sunday, September 25, 2016.

This year features dynamic Ringmaster, Ian Garden who navigates the thrills and chills, hilarity, and awe of the Shrine circus. Audiences will be hold their collective breath as the Flying Cortes tumble and spin through the air on the flying trapeze. Boys and girls of all ages will be mesmerized by the acrobats, contortionists, and the Garcia G-Force Daredevil Troupe, who ride four motorcycles simultaneously in 14’ diameter globe of steel. The elephants, tigers, horses and dogs performing in all three rings are always a circus fan’s favorite.

Doors open one hour before show time for the Preshow Festivities including performer meet and greets, learn circus skills, and animal rides!
