Dripp Donuts Opens New Location Inside Shreveport Airport
It is no secret that Shreveport Regional Airport has been on an absolute roll lately. Between those non-stop flights to Chicago and all the new destinations they keep adding, making travel plans out of SHV has truly never been easier. But their latest upgrade isn't on the tarmac, and the absolute best part? You don’t even need a plane ticket or a pass through TSA security to enjoy it.
Dripp Donuts has officially entered the airport chat.
That’s right: you can now grab a box of Shreveport’s favorite sourdough donuts right inside the terminal before you fly, or honestly, just scarf one down while waiting to drop off a passenger. Either way, having one of our ultimate local creations inside SHV is an absolute game-changer for North Louisiana travelers.
For anyone who needs a quick refresher, founders Michelle and Caleb King originally launched Dripp as a humble food truck and mobile donut van hitting up local farmers' markets. Local foodies instantly fell in love with their signature sourdough donuts, Nashville-style hot chicken, and killer coffee bar. After their original downtown location on Market Street ran into structural building issues, they made the move to 3301 Line Avenue (taking over the former Sweetport space), and their local fanbase has only grown since.
Now, their new spot inside Shreveport Regional Airport is keeping things streamlined and focused purely on the donuts, making your early morning flight departures infinitely sweeter.
So, will I be making a quick detour to the airport terminal just to get my weekly sourdough donut fix? Absolutely. Safe travels, and don't forget to grab a box for the flight!
