Silver Alert: Help Find Missing 84-Year-Old Doyline Woman
UPDATE: Louisiana State Police have confirmed that Jane Kirkland Pegg has been found safe.
The Louisiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Doyline woman.

In 2008, Louisiana created the Silver Alert Program to help locate missing adults with mental impairments, including Alzheimer's disease or dementia. The first few hours are often critical when a senior citizen or a person with developmental disabilities goes missing.
According to the social media post by LSP on behalf of the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office, 84-year-old Jane Kirkland Pegg is reported missing and was last seen at her residence on Carter Road in Doyline, this past Saturday, May 2, at approximately 4:00 pm.
