Do You Even Watch the CMA’s?

I used to sit and wait and watch the CMA's up until I was able to record everything on my TV. Why lie, I just watch the CMA's for the performances. I'll record it and skip through everything. Horrid right? I remember watching the CMA's in 2015 and I was eagerly awaiting Chris Stapleton's performance. I have been a huge fan of his since he was in The Steeldrivers. When Chris Stapleton and Justin Timberlake performed "Tennessee Whiskey" and "Drink You Away" I looked like an idiot in front of all my friends. I stood up walked over to the TV and just stared in disbelief. It will forever be one of the best live performances I have ever witnessed. In case you missed it, here it is.

Last year, Maren Morris took home the gold in my book. She sang "My Church" and not only showed of the beautiful range of her voice but she took us all to church! I am sucker for the performances. Especially when a country artists brings the church choir and gives me chills!  Here's her performance at the 2016 CMA's.
