Charli Estrada Is This Week’s Recipient of Caught in the Act Award [VIDEO]

If Charli Estrada is the person you entrusted to take care of your child, you just know everything is okay. In fact, you might be a little jealous, because she actually might love your child just as much as you do!

That's her gift and she's not afraid to flex that muscle when it comes to her students at Busy Bee's Academy, but she'll do the same thing for complete strangers. We found out about Charli from a former employee of hers, Brittany Buresh.

Brittany took the time to write this incredible nomination letter for Charli and because of the letter, Charli is this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

I worked for Charli at Busy Bee’s Academy and on day one you could tell how passionate she was about her job. Not only is she passionate about the job itself, she is even more passionate about the families and staff she sees daily. She has the kindest heart and thinks the best of absolutely everyone. When you hear the saying, “they’d give the shirt off their back for you” that is Charli. She is always the first person to offer a helping hand when someone is in need. I could write a book about the things I have witnessed this incredible woman do. The most recent was her buying a hotel room for her staff members and their family to shower during the crazy storms we just witnessed. Another one is a husband of a teacher has had some life changing and unexpected medical things come up. Charli was the first person to stop and think about what she could do to help this family n ot worry, so Charli has arranged a silent auction to raise money! I decided to become a stay at home mom and finish my degree after the hard decision of deciding to leave busy bee’s after three amazing years. Charli was nothing but supportive and excited about my decision, but little does she know I was heart broken to leave the kids and the amazing boss I still look up to, to this day. Shreveport is lucky to have a business woman with such high aspirations for the education of our little ones in this town. I am thankful I met such an inspiring boss, mom, business woman, and someone I can call a friend now.

Charli Estrada, thank you for being an inspiration to us all and a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!
