Several Residents of Shreveport Saw a Bus Go Up in Flames During Lunch Time.

The Shreveport Police and Shreveport Fire Department had several units on the scene. If you were turned away on Pines road or you were forced to drive through neighborhoods to get to your destination this is why.

Although You Can't Tell, This Was Once a Sportran Bus.

This bus was burned beyond recognition. According to Caddo 911 the fire was reported at 11:24 a.m. So far there is no word if anyone was hurt or what caused the fire.

Pines Road Traffic Came to a Slow Down and the Road Was Partially closed down.

According to Caddo 911, the fire was reported Monday, December 19th at 11:24 a.m. So far nothing has been said from anyone at SporTran. According to SporTran's Facebook page, they operate 50 buses equipped to handle passengers in Shreveport and Bossier City.
