After trying the seasonal drinks, each perfectly balanced and festive, I was completely sold on their commitment to quality.

The Stockwell neighborhood has definitely found a hidden gem in B&T Coffee. While locals might have been tempted to "gate keep" this wonderful spot all to themselves, we're in the business of celebrating anything truly exceptional, especially when it involves a combination of flavors so comforting it makes you think a Cajun grandma was secretly involved in the kitchen.

When the owner suggested a "Biscuit Bomb," he quickly added that it's one of the best-selling items and a true local favorite. Just picture the robust, seasoned goodness of your favorite boudin, but instead of being stuffed in a casing, it’s surrounded by a crispy, buttery, flaky biscuit dough.

To elevate this Southern creation even further, they added a drizzle of hot honey to the top of my Biscuit Bomb.
