Billy Bretherton, star of A&E's show "Billy the Exterminator" and his wife, Mary, were arrested last week in Bossier City for possession of synthetic marijuana.

Billy and his wife Mary were caught with the substance on April 28th at the Courtyard Hotel by Marriott in the Louisiana Boardwalk after B.C. police officers responded to a 911 hang up call coming from their room.

Police confiscated the substance to have it tested at the Northwest Louisiana Crime Lab in Shreveport.

KTBS reports that Bossier City Police Spokesperson Mark Natale said, "The two were arrested after the marijuana was tested and found to have high levels of THC."

Arrest warrants were issued for both Billy and his wife.  Police did contact the couple about the warrants and on June 1st the couple came in to the police department to turn themselves in.
