I'm the worst when it comes to snacking at night!  Oprah's minion, Dr. Oz has some great tips on what to eat and not to eat for a late night snack!

Last night I had half a can of pringles, 3 slices of leftover Easter ham, and some macarroni and cheese at about 1am for a late night snack!  Blecch!  When will I learn?  Check out this video from Dr. Oz on what constitues a healthy late night snack.  He also tells you some of the worst snacks to have late at night.  Things that surprised me, like breakfast cereals or spicy foods.  Happy late eating!
