Who Can Participate?
Before you grab your fork, you’ll need to make sure you qualify. The lab is looking for specific demographics, so keep in mind that the following groups are excluded from this study:
Children under 18 or young adults 24 and under
Adults age 71 or older
Pregnant women
Anyone who does not regularly purchase or eat beef or pork bacon
Anyone with allergies to standard bacon ingredients
