The Boot's readers have spoken: Here are your 2017 Golden Mic Awards winners!

Icons including George Strait and Shania Twain picked up victories in the first-ever Golden Mic Awards -- but so did newcomers including Tyler Childers and Ashley McBryde. Texas band Vandoliers earned a "W" in the Best Regional Live Act category, so it's probably time to check them out if you haven't already, while, in a year full of major live moments, Carrie Underwood's "comeback" at the 2018 ACM Awards was deemed the biggest.

Recognizing the best in live country and Americana music, The Boot's Golden Mic Awards debuted in 2018 with nine categories, each featuring staff-selected nominees who rule the stage. Five of the category recognize touring acts of varying sizes -- Best Stadium Act, Best Theater Act, Best Club Act, Best New Live Act and Best Regional Live Act -- while the other four honor artists' backing bands, this year's biggest tours, incredible live moments from throughout the past year and some truly legendary live performers.

Peep the full list of fan-voted 2018 Golden Mic Awards winners below, along with a full rundown of this year's nominees. Click on the winners' names to learn a little bit more about what makes them must-see live acts.
