According to Huffington Post, Arkansas recently passed House Bill 1566 which states that requires a woman to tell whoever impregnated her that she's planning on having an abortion and then plan on what to do with the fetal remains.

This also includes women who got pregnant while being in abusive relationships and who were sexually assaulted.

The House Bill 1566 is an add on to Arkansas Final Disposition Rights Act of 2009, which determined that family members have to agree on what happens to the body of a deceased person.

Huffington Post also reported that a representative for NARAL Pro Choice said this new bill is a "plain intention and unavoidable outcome of this scheme is to make it harder for a woman to access basic health care by placing more barriers between a woman and her doctor."
