Woman Who Tim McGraw Swatted Earlier This Year Now Claims Injuries

Remember when Tim McGraw swatted that woman at his concert in Atlanta earlier this year? The matter was supposedly privately settled a few weeks after but it looks like Jesslyn Taylor is coming back for me. She is now claiming that she was injured due to the smack.

You may recall the video showed Jesslyn reaching up and touching Tim and even going as far as ripping his pants which was the reason for the swat. For the first time Taylor is telling her side of the story to Radar Online and admits she “had a few drinks,” she emphatically says she was by no means going for McGraw’s man parts: “Absolutely not!” And she claims it was McGraw who wouldn’t back down, heading for another slap, until a bystander saved her from another attack. She goes on to say “I fell backwards. And then he actually reared back to hit me again, but a fan on the opposite side of the stage grabbed his arm and stopped him.”

Taylor, who’s 43 has hired two personal injury attorneys and now claims she was injured. She says the days following the incident she sought medical attention and was considering filing a lawsuit. “It was hard! I was slapped across the head. And I did fall back. And I have an appointment with a doctor,” she added.
