In response to the video that featured a Shreveport Whataburger employee engaged in an extremely aggressive, obscenity laced, verbal fight, with a customer, we've heard from Brian Dolezal of Hahn Public Relations, an Austin based public relations firm, who had the following statement from Whataburger Director of Operations, Robert Ortner.

"Whataburger strives to create a great experience for our customers, and we are shocked and embarrassed by this incident, especially the behavior of the employees involved. We train our employees to handle a variety of situations with respect and courtesy to our guests, and clearly that training was not utilized here. Based on the actions shown in this video, and our internal investigation, the employees involved have been let go."

Thank you for the quick action on this Mr. Ortner.  Our hope is that you aren't left with the feeling that this is indicative of the entire population of the Shreveport/Bossier area and decide that you'd rather do business elsewhere.

What would life be without that Whataburger with cheese?  I shudder at the thought.
