Haughton native Dak Prescott set Dallas Cowboys team records Sunday for completions, pass attempts and passing yardage for a rookie in his first NFL game. But despite the statistical success, the rookie QB lost his pro debut, as the 'Pokes fell to the New York Giants 21 - 20.

For the record, Prescott was 25 for 45 passing for 227 yards and no interceptions, but with no TDs, either. He quarterback ration was a pedestrian 69.4.
