Video Shows 9 Year Old Boy Slapping His Mother – But Was it For Wrong Reason?

Man, we're stumped on this one.  Under no circumstances should a boy ever lay a hand on a girl, right?  Especially if that "girl" is the young boy's mother!!!  

But what if you were that little boy and you'd just discovered your mother was high on heroin?  It's a situation you'd never wish on anyone...especially a child.
