University Veterinary Hospital Hosting Human Blood Drive

There is a great way to give back to your fellow man this Friday, August 10th. Over at the University Veterinary Hospital there is going to be a human blood drive. That's right, a veterinary clinic is hosting a human blood drive. According to their event page on Facebook, the clinic mentioned "...when one of our pet heroes blood donation saves the life of a fellow four legged friend, so when we heard about the super low HUMAN blood shortage... we were called to make a difference"

They will have the Life Share Blood Donor Bus at their Cottage location that is located off East Kings Highway. The blood drive will start at 10 am and go on till 1:30. So during your lunch break at work you can go out and save some lives. Take some people from work to donate too. Their goal is to have 15 donors show up, so the more that show up the better.
