Meet Kasin Bazer!  This cute little guy is only 5 years old and suffers from Congenital Hydrocephalus and Cerebral Palsy.  And while most 5 year old boys are wishing for a new game for their X-Box his main wish is to raise awareness for Congenital Hydrocephalus and do an interview with a TV/radio station and newspaper!

Well, we couldn't let that wish go unfilled, so this morning he and his Mom, Natasha, spent time with us on Kiss Country 93.7 promoting a couple of coming events.

One of those events, the Hydrocephalus Walk, Run or Roll in Jena, Louisiana on September 27.  Get all the info for this walk at HydroAngelsOverAmerica.org.

Then, the following Saturday, October 4, you'll want to join Kasin and 15 to 20 other Pay It Forward Networking recipients for the inaugural Pay It Forward Networking Walk, Run or Roll in Memory of Lexi Gordon from 7:30 am until 10:00 am at the Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City.

And making a special appearance will be “Uncle” Si from Duck Dynasty along with Si’s Sweet Tea Team which will consist of all previous PIFN wish recipients!

The event is open to the public and registration can be done online at www.imathlete.com/events/PIFNWalkRunRoll or via mail.

Participants are encouraged to register early and can come as individuals or teams! Prizes will be awarded to top teams. The event will be family friendly and children are welcome! Local sports and cheer teams are welcome to attend as well.

There will be face-painting, balloon animals, Disney Princesses and many other fun activities.

“I am so excited for this event not only to raise awareness about PIFN but also to celebrate our previous wish recipients and bring everyone together! I am still amazed that in less than a year our network has grown to over 10,000 people since we began September 16, 2013 and we have granted wishes to nearly 50 children with special needs.” says founder Kassi Robinson.

Pay It Forward Networking is a foundation that grants wishes through networking for children with special needs, facing adversity, and/or disabilities. PIFN brings individuals together with the common goal of providing hope and dreams to children in those circumstances. A wish granted gives these recipients a day of fun and a lifetime of comfort knowing the love and generosity in the world. The wishes granted are made possible by individuals simply combining resources and using their connections for a greater cause.
