Tim McGraw has spoken out about the incident last week in which he slapped a fan at a concert. Not only did Tim give his take, but new video has surfaced showing the fan inappropriately touching Tim while he performs.

Kiss Country 93-7 first posted about the incident on July 17th.  See the original story here.

Since then, video of the incident that happened during a July 13th performance in Atlanta has been circulating.  In the video, you can clearly see the woman involved is slapping Tim's behind as he walks down a narrow part of the stage, exchanging high fives with concert-goers.

Eventually, the woman grabs and rips Tim's blue jeans.  Tim reacts by slapping her hand away.  Concert security immediately escorts the woman away from the stage.

Tim regrets the incident and had this to say about it.

“Sometimes things can lose context and perspective. I reacted in an instinctive, defensive way from my perspective of what was going on. I think it was an unfortunate situation, I think all the way around. But it happened, it happened in a split second, it was pure instinctive reaction, I think you just got to move on. It is one of those things that happen, nobody feels good about it, but there’s nothing that could be done about it. You are in that position, you are out there, you are vulnerable, things happen and sometimes you react. There’s nothing to be said about it.”
