"Forbes" just put out a list of the best and worst paying jobs in America. And even in spite of the fears of Obama Care, it looks like the best way to make a LOT of money is still in the medical industry.

In fact, 9 of the Top 10 Best Paying Jobs are in that field. So, if you've got a high school graduate that's about to enter college, you might nudge them in that direction.

7/ Other miscellaneous physicians
8/ General practitioner
9/ Psychiatrist

All 10 jobs average at least $175,000-a-year.

However, not all of us can run in those circles and we land in the lower end of the spectrum.
