The Definition Of Shreveport According To Urban Dictionary

Shreveport is home to many and loved by most. And according to Urban Dictionary (a sometimes controversial website that defines slang words and is popular among the youngsters,) Shreveport is a great place to live. Here's what came up when I decided to put "Shreveport" in the search engine:

Home of the flyyest people in the state of louisiana.

a city in northwest louisiana. home of LSUS, a very tough school.

Aka The Port City. The largest city in north Louisiana and home to Terry Bradshaw and other assorted rednecks.

The best place ever. Shreveport is full of kind people who arent judgemental they accept you the way you are. Unlike in the west of the US where you have to be a size 00 to fit in. Shreveport is a great place to have your teenagers grow up, the boardwalk is the best place to hang out. Shreveport is a small city so everyone knows their way around. Shreveport is so much fun during Mardi Gras, good for young children. You would have to live in Shreveport to understand how amazing it is. Shreveport isnt all "ghetto" and dirty.

But unfortunately, as with a lot of things in life, it's not always rainbows and unicorns. Here's the not-so-nice things people had to say about our city:

A small town with a lot of obnoxious-pretentious people, too much sprawl for such a small place, and no 3G service. Do NOT spend more than 10 minutes in this place.
